Guy Gansert is trading the Bachelor mansion for Port Charles. The Golden Bachelorette runner-up, 66, has landed a guest starring role on General Hospital, per People. Gansert, who is a retired ER doctor, will play a wildlife journalist named Geoffrey Beckett who makes his debut on the Wednesday, March 12, episode. They loved the idea of a real ER doctor who made it to the final two of The Golden Bachelorette," he told the outlet on Friday, March 7.
